Our 10oz. Organic Cotton Duck is a durable, medium-heavy weight canvas that can be used for clothing and home decor projects.  Duck canvas is made in a tight weave with an extra yarn, this construction is what makes it wind and flame resistant, and resistant to extreme temperature changes. Duck is set apart from plain canvas, especially here in Vermont with our unpredictable weather (yes is is snowing outside as I write this). This fabric is essential for hiking up the mountain or just hanging out.
