Learn to Sew a Pullover

If you are outerwear curious this is a great project to dip your toes in. The On Deck Popover by Matchy Matchy Sewing Club is an oversized A-line pullover that can be worn as a layering piece or outerwear. In this workshop we will make the sailor collar version, this pattern also features side slits, long sleeves with cuffs and a front pocket. Construction details include buttons or snaps and lots of topstitching.

Pattern includes sizes XXS - 6XL (Bust 31” - 64”)
Instructor: Robin Blodgett
Length: 5 classes - 2.5 hours each - possible homework between classes
Thursday's: October 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and November 6th 5:45pm to 8:30pm
Cost: $420 - all supplies are included
Level: Intermediate
Prerequisite Skills: You will need to know how to take your measurements, select your size, cut pattern pieces and follow pattern instructions. This is an intermediate level course, if you are not sure if this class is for you please email us to discuss.

Class Policies
Age: 14 and up
Class size: Minimum 3 students are required to sign up. If minimum is not met refunds will be provided.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be done 2 weeks in advance to receive a refund.
Make-up classes: One make up class will be provided per month. The next make up classes will be held Wednesday September 24th and October 22nd.
Sewing Machine Maintenance: While we are able to help with minor troubleshooting on your machine, our focus needs to remain on advancing the class. Please be sure your machine is in working order, to get the best possible experience out of this class.
If you do not have the prerequisite skills required you will need to schedule a private session prior to the class. PRIVATE LESSON RATE IS $65 PER HOUR.
All supplies are included in the cost of the class. Pickup up all supplies (Including fabric and patterns) 1 week before the first class.
