Since Stash was launched 1 month ago, I've been busy, excited, scared, thrilled and inspired developing this exciting new venture of mine! I wanted to take a minute to thank all of you in the community that have shown me so much support, I am overwhelmed with the kind notes I have received from so many of you. With all my heart thank you! Lets keep it going!
Now to the sewing! To showcase this beautiful collection of fabric we offer, I’ve put together a few outfits from two tops and two bottoms, and a mini bag. All made from our Stash!

The fabric selection: I knew I wanted to start with our Gold Corduroy, it is both cheerfully bright and comforting during these cold winter months. Next, I knew I wanted one of the tops to be a casual t-shirt so I selected the Laguna Cotton Jersey in Maroon. I just love these two colors together, and yes they are typically the anthems of fall, but why not! Next, I really just wanted to make something out of our beautiful Arietta Ponte de Roma so I selected the Charcoal for my second top. The somber grey plays so nicely off the bright gold. For my second bottom I had a pattern picked out so it was just a matter of finding the right fabric. I originally wanted to try the Porto Flannel-Twill in Brown but at the last minute changed my mind in favor of something with a delicate drape to contrast the corduroy so I picked the luxurious Maple Crepe, ohhhh!

The Pattern Selection: The Alberta Street Pencil Skirt from Sew House Seven has been on my wish list for a long time, so obviously that would be the Corduroy. I selected the Mandy Boat Tee from Tessuti Fabrics for the Laguna Cotton Jersey and the Cosette by Fiber Mood for the Ponte de Roma. I’ve been wanting culottes for awhile now (I've seen so many beautiful makes on Instagram!) so this seemed like the perfect opportunity! I selected the Vogue Patterns V1772 pattern, but of course there are so many amazing patterns available to choose from!

Nearly there: The Assembly Line just released this cute little bag pattern L:701 (free!!) so I decided I must have it in Ventana Twill Charcoal! It doesn’t fit much but in the winter I like something that fits crossbody over my coat and holds my wallet and keys, perfect!
